If you are looking for solace and rest, this is the place!

Not intrusive, yet maybe this also implies not having a daily room cleaning service. This hotel seems to be an eco-friendly place. The food at the restaurant is surprising in variety, but mainly due to the Austrian owners, I guess. You can have Wiener Schnitzel for dinner. The selection is good enough if you do not feel like going out for dinner (wich can be a hassle). Or Wurst with German beer!. Also oven-baked pizzas are available , although I have not tried them. Bread making seems to be a specialty of the restaurant. A heater provides hot water at any time in the shower. The room is equipped with A/C, which is good.

Providing a trash can can be helpful. I had none in my room. I noticed that for those who read at night, a lamp will be very useful. The restaurant looks rather dark at night. This hotel is a little bit away from stores and other businesses, but I guess it is part of the trade. Crossing (a place that offers some business such as convenience stores and pharmacy) is 15-minute walk. You can get SIMs cards somewhere there, next to the pharmacy. Transportation can be a problem, but this can be solve using Grab. To do this, get a SIM card as soon as you get to the airport. Then on, you are sort of communicated with taxi services. Rooms do not have Wi-Fi system, but it is available at the restaurant and lobby.

a nice place to have a vacation

I like the place ambiance fresh air and nice breakfast and also nice staff that serve the visitors/customers.

you have to give toiletries daily or twice a day update the toilet and not to use or buying more tissues, wi fi should reach the rooms but not only contain in the restaurants and also mosquitoes on the restaurants and sorroundings should be eradicated

Calm lonely German owned resort... This is not a party place...

This is a calm place 20 min ride from Lapu Lapu city and another 10 to the local beach with tricycle. Nice swimmingpool (hot water) and a tennis court beside an outdoor restaurant/bakery with WiFi... One Philippine lady in the staff is very nice helping out and was service minded... Laundry was also very good here :) The friendly gardener was always sweeping in the poolarea and did a great job for 200 PHP a 10 hour day!!!!

I stayed here for 5 nights and no sign of a cleaning staff what so ever! At least the owner could hire somebody to clean out the room once or twice for that amount of money even tough it was cheap... :( No WiFi, water boiler or safe in the room. The fridge shower and WC was working ok with hot water but here is no "Bumgun" as there is in the most toilets in south east Asia... :(

Very enjoyable.

Great value for money, very friendly owners, wonderful staff, good food clean and comfortable.

The only negative is the Lapu Lapu traffic and the cost of taxis.

Neglected and in need of renovation. Good staff, good pizza

The pizza at the restaurant was good and the staff were helpful and upgraded me after a complaint about the sub standard room that I'd booked

I arrived in my room to find a dirty stain on my bed that needed to be changed. The curtain rail was broken and the curtains didn't fit the window. There was a light on all night so it meant the room was very bright. At night the plastic aircon housing fell off on to the bed and hit my arm. The bedside lights didn't work. The bathroom was dirty, it clearly hadn't been cleaned. Thankfully, they upgraded me to a far superior room once I'd complained.

It was okay.

the breakfast was good. they have the best bread

The room was dirty, the amenities were rudimentary, locks aren't secure, there were scratches on the door, and the room smells. The ill-placed curtains don't give you the best privacy. But the people were nice and the food was good. You'll have a very nice place if you improve them.

It's okay, but it certainly could stand improvement.

Nice, big room. People were very friendly.

I stayed there 7 nights. My room was cleaned once, and only when I asked for it. I had to ask for clean towels, soap and toilet paper, otherwise I wouldn't get either. No wifi in the rooms, only in the restaurant, while you were in the mosquito menu.

Kudos to the staffs!

I kind of like the way they name their rooms. The staffs are great as well, approachable. And of course the best thing about it is the atmosphere itself- good for contemplations lol It made me remember the good memories that I had when I was still in leyte.

I don't really have anything worth mentioning but if I were to give one, it will be the fact that they didn't had any clean up maintenance for their pool by the time that we got there. And we were transferred to a different room as well so it is sort of a hassle for us, but it's not something to rant about anyway.

Convenient, valued accommodation for my driving course at nearby resort.

Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast are made in order, which is delicious!

The gate was closed when I arrive late at midnight around 12am. There was no one near the gate nor any bell that I could find someone to open it for me.

The place is full of little ants, also the room I stayed in, quite annoying because they bite you all the time (painful, itchy). You need to have repellent on you all the time to keep them away. Internet is only available in the restaurant, not good for voice or video calls as all guests hear you. No cleaning daily, they cleaned twice in 2 weeks.

„Gemütliches Resort

Das Resort befindet sich etwas abseits auf der Insel Mactan in der Nähe von Marigondon Port in Lapu Lapu. Die Hotelanlage ist ruhig, entspannend mit geräumigen Gartenanlage. Sehr viele Bäume, Pflanzen, und Stechmücken. Man kann sehr viele Vögel zwitschern hören. (Kein Strand Zugang). Es gibt verschiedene Zimmer, Swimmingpool, Restaurant mit Europäischer Küche und einer Hausbäckerei. Das Personal ist Freundlich. Ich buchte ein Deluxe Zimmer im neuen Flügel mit grossem Bad, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, TV. Zimmer ist sauber, geräumig und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Guter Ort um den Urlaub ausklingen zu lassen, da der Airport ist 30 Minuten erreichbar ist. Preis Leistung stimmt.

„Würde wieder buchen.

Gutes Frühstück mit selbstgebackenem Brot. Der Tennisplatz war okay. Freundliches Personal. Leise, moderne Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Kein direkter Zugang zum Stand (war aber bekannt). Man muss ungefähr 10 Min. laufen, um zum nächsten Strand zu kommen.

Piscine pas entretenue,donc pas de piscine j avais reserve une chambre vue piscine mais pas d eau chaude???donc nous avons eu vue jardin mais bonne chambre,mais pas faite durant les 3 jours ,pas d infos touriste a la reception

Respecter les engagements sur les prestations annoncees piscine,choix de chambre,nettoyage c est la moindre des choses
